Before we get started - here are some things you should know.

Your domain name:
Your domain name is www.INBenterprises.com but you probably already knew that. You own your domain name (as long as you keep paying) the yearly fee.

You are registered with Network Solutions. You can access your account with them here. You will need your account name/number and password they assigned to you when you registered your domain name.

Note: When you registered your domain name, they sent you some emails with your account information. Make sure you save them in a safe place as you will need them at some future date. If you don't have their email - then call them and ask them to re-email your account information (and then save it in a safe place). Finally, if you emailed your account information to us at tsgWebPlus, then you can always request a copy from us (usually quicker than dealing with your domain registrar).

Your web host:
While you own your domain name, you rent web space from your web hosting service They are the good folks that host your web site - meaning your web site lives on their computers.

When someone types your domain name into their browser, the information in your domain registrar's files directs your visitor to your web site that lives on your host's computer. We know - confusing ... but it works.

You can move your web site to any host that you like. While not trivial to move - it's not rocket-science either. We can assist you should you ever decide to move your site to another hosting service.
